WELCOME
Dog Owners Training Club of Lynchburg has been offering
dog training classes to the public in Lynchburg since 1979.
The classes are taught by experienced volunteer dog trainers.
We are a not-for-profit club that welcomes you to join us.
We offer three 8 week obedience/rally training sessions each year.
Winter: January-February Spring: March-May Fall: late August - Oct
Our classes are held indoors at the Boonsboro Ruritan Club
1499 Coffee Rd, Lynchburg from 6-7 or 7-8 PM or 8-9 PM
Current Class in session: January 14 through March 11
BEGINNER CLASSES: We offer 2 classes for beginners Registration form
STAR PUPPY (age 4 months to 1 year) 6-7 pm Fee is $120 or $100 if rescued.
Level 1 Beginner ( over 1 year) 7-8 pm Fee $120 or $100 if rescued.

Level 2 8-9 pm Fee is $75 or $0 if a Training Member
Level 2 builds on the foundation of Level 1 and prepares the dog and handler for the more advanced classes listed below.
Level 2 is required for the following advanced classes. Registration form
ADVANCED CLASSES fee $75 or $0 if Training Member
Preparation for AKC obedience Competition (Beginner Novice)
Introduction to Open Obedience (introducing the dumbbell,
Drop on recall, retrieving, jumping)
